Soak fingers in warm water to soften cuticles.Use Promani cuticle pusher/remover to carefully push back cuticles.Carefully position the cutting edge at base of unwanted cuticle or hangnail.Cut only the dead cuticle skin,being careful not to damage the healthy cuticle area.This clipper is only for cuticles.Do not us on nails.Do not use on inflamed or infected cuticles.
